When will my order ship?

We want to make sure you get the freshest product.  Once we determine all product on your invoice has been freshly baked all the same day, is when we will pack and ship your order. 

 

My order has shipped but I still have not received it. 

We first suggest to contact the shipping carrier about this issue.  Once we hand it off to them we have the same tracking information that you do!

How do I know if I should chose next day shipping? 

In each product description, we have disclosed if we recommend this product should be shipped next day to ensure product freshness. 

 

What is the order cut off time?

Orders placed after 10:00 am EST will be shipped the next day, except items placed after Wednesday, 10:00 am EST will be shipped the following Monday.  

 

I placed my order after Wednesday, 10:00 am EST,  why wont my order by packed until the earliest Monday?

Our shipping carriers do not deliver on the weekend. To avoid delayed shipping time, and to ensure you receive fresh product, we will only be sending product Monday - Wednesday. 

 

I've made a mistake.  How can i get in touch with you?

Please email weborders@rocklandbakery.com.  That email is monitored M-F 8am-3:30 EST. 

 

I would like to request a specific shipment date.  Is that possible?

Yes!  We are happy to send out the product when you need. Please remember we only ship out M-W so it would need to be one of those days.  Please email weborders@rocklandbakery.com and we will adjust the ship date.
