Refund policy
Rockland Bakery is unable to offer returns, exchanged or refunds for any goods sold unless there was an error in manufacturing or packaging or damaged product.Â
 Rockland Bakery is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by our third party shipping companies, due to weather, mechanical errors, strike, natural disaster, terrorism or inaccurate shipping information. We are unable to offer refunds for any shipping errors.  We strongly suggest to choose UPS next day shipping to ensure freshness. Rockland Bakery is not responsible for items gone stale if UPS 3 day shipping or Ground Shipping is chosen and will not refund if UPS 3 day shipping or Ground Shipping is chosen. If UPS Next Day, or UPS 2 day shipping is selected and items are not up to standard we will happily resend product or issue a refund for the product only. We do not refund shipping costs. Â
