Shipping policy

Shipping schedules have been implemented because it is Rockland Bakery's main priority for their customers to get fresh product. Rockland Bakery will make sure everything on their customers order is baked, packed and shipped the same day.  If Rockland Bakery finds there are items that were not on production that are on  invoice, your invoice will be held and packed the next day.

Orders placed after 10:00 am EST will be packed the following day with the following exception:

All other orders have a deadline of Wednesday 10:00 am EST.  Any order placed after that will be baked, packed and shipped the following Monday. 

Shipping carries do not deliver on weekends.  To ensure fresh product, Rockland Bakery will be baking, packing and shipping product Monday - Wednesday. 

Rockland Bakery is working with shipping companies to get a more discounted rate for their customers.  Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carriers. Rockland Bakery suggests UPS next day shipping to ensure product freshness. Everything is shipped ambient.  We do not add freezer packs or dry ice to the boxes.

Rockland Bakery uses UPS as its shipping carrier and UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.  Orders that add PO boxes as the shipping address will be canceled and refunded back to the customer.
